two p e a s in a pod.

The last two days in class we've moved on to our new unit on podcasts.

a pod cast: is an audio broadcast. it`s also known as a net cast.
What is a podcast?
It is a broadcasting of a certain topic that's updated every week or every month.
Its based on their opinions on a specific category. The difference between something like a Podcast & YouTube for example: is that most things on YouTube are ripped of a video / audio already created. While a podcast is based on one single thing and is more familliarized in an episodic way. Also keep in mind that these are over the internet. You can download them off a program called I tunes. Its the most popular / used program to download podcasts.
The other thing we had spoken about was a niche market - is a market based on a specific audience ( so its biased ) .
