How to pull thorough a horrible PowerPoint presentation.
This Article: is about terrible PowerPoint presentations, how many of them we have done, and sat through. The writer explains pretty much everything Mr.Case had went over with us before our computer components presentations. People now are more interested in presentations when they look more entertaining how ever the article says, you shouldn't put way too many or any eye catching things at all. Looking back from older experiences, I do think that all those flashy things that other people & I myself had added, did not teach the audience anything at all. The Article says that
o1. when you're using effects know how to use them & or just don't waste your time.
o2. keep the amount of bullets you put on a page limited, don't jam all of it there, there's an option called "notes" its useful.
o3. be prepared and know what you're talking about.
o4. use PowerPoint a few times before you're presenting once again meaning be prepared.
also : there's a "b" key that makes the screen go black, so it does not lose the attention of your audience.
The rules mentioned above may seem very familiar because they we're already told to us by Mr.Case. And hopefully they prevent us from being bored to death by on coming presentations this year :)
